Tony was an outstanding agent - he put as much time into my rental situation as he would have for the sale of a home. Even though he was not the listing agent for the property, he went to great lengths to loop in the listing agent and the condo owner. He was available 24/7 and knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient. He knows the area, all of the regulations relating to condo leasing, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Tony keeps in touch, and his personality is amazing. He is down-to-earth and takes time to listen. Great experience. After looking at half a dozen homes, Tony realized our priorities and gave us good suggestions on why we shouldn't consider certain homes based on our family size and the age of our children. In the end, he found us one that was a perfect fit and was brand new. Tony also worked with our lender, and both worked great to bring us an understanding of the process. We felt comfortable the entire period.
Tony was great. I was purchasing a home from out of state, so I had a lot of otherwise smaller items made more difficult due to the distance, such as the inspection, but he was there and called to keep me informed, so I wasn’t surprised once we got the final details. After we got the info, he identified a few areas that he thought should really be taken care of by the seller that I would have missed. While signing the title papers, I had also found out that there had been a number of difficulties during the process, some brought on by some concerns on my end. Even so, Tony never made me feel like a burden and continued to be responsive and professional throughout the entire buying process. In summary, Tony is a professional, responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable agent who really does provide an individualized buying experience.
Because of the Pandemic, bad weather, and shortages, this was a very trying experience for my wife and me. To say we were frustrated is an understatement. Tony did a great job for us. Always got me back on track when I was going off the rails, was patient and empathetic. Looked out for our best interests during negotiations with the seller. I could go on and on. Bottom line: We were very satisfied and happy with the service Tony provided.
